Terms of Service

· You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

· You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

· One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

· You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

· A “claim” grants a business exclusive listing rights for one category in one pincode for the subscription period.

· Claims are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

· Subscription plans (Standard, Premium, Featured) are billed annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page.

· All payments are processed through Razorpay and are subject to applicable GST (18%).

· Claims are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by ZipDash.

· We reserve the right to revoke claims that violate these terms or misrepresent business information.

· PixelCoins are a virtual currency earned through platform activities (searches, reviews, tasks, hunts, referrals).

· PixelCoins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

· PixelCoins can be redeemed for rewards listed in the Rewards Store, subject to availability.

· We reserve the right to modify coin earning rates, expiration policies, and reward offerings at any time.

· Manipulation, automation, or abuse of the coin system will result in account suspension and forfeiture of coins.

· Users may post reviews, photos, and messages on the Platform.

· All content must be honest, relevant, and comply with applicable Indian laws.

· Prohibited content includes: defamatory, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, or misleading material.

· We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

· By posting content, you grant ZipDash a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content on the Platform.

· Bids placed in live auctions are binding commitments.

· The highest bidder at the end of an auction is obligated to complete the purchase.

· ZipDash reserves the right to cancel auctions or void bids in case of suspected fraud or technical errors.

· Claim subscriptions are non-refundable once the claim is active and listed.

· If a payment is processed but the claim fails to activate due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

· Refund requests can be made by contacting support@zipdash.in within 48 hours of purchase.

· Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian law.

· Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.

· Impersonate another person or business.

· Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.

· Create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or engage in click fraud.

· Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.
